Free Delivery

While we attempt to offer Free Delivery to most areas of Australia, unfortunately there are some areas we are unable to offer free shipping. These areas are NT (all), WA (6100 – 6999) & QLD (4801, 4803). We have capped delivery costs to give these areas a flat rate of $15.

Where do we deliver and how long do we take?

We pride ourselves on providing the fastest possible delivery available. Please use the below as a maximum estimate for delivery time frames.

> 3-5 working days East Coast capitals
> 5-10 working days for other metropolian and regional areas
> Please Note: In some remote areas, delivery may exceed 10 working days

Delivery carrier

We use Australian Air Express and fastway to deliver your goods.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, an ‘Article Awaiting’ card will be left in your mailbox. This card will advise the next steps required to obtain delivery of your order. If you fail to make arrangements to obtain your goods from one of our delivery partners and the items are returned to our warehouse, you will be responsible for any charges incurred in re-delivering the products to you.

Verification

Your order will not be left with persons under the age of 18 years (proof of age may be required) and our couriers will use their best endeavours to verify ID.

Customers who are paying for their order by credit card may request for their delivery to be left unattended, however, our carriers reserve the right to leave a call waiting card regardless of this request. The following examples highlight reasons of where a call waiting card may be left regardless of an authority to leave request:

> There was no one in attendance and no clear delivery instruction authorising us to leave the parcel in a safe place.

> Somebody was at home but they could not provide proof of age.

> There was an authority to leave (and no one answered the door), but the driver was concerned that minors were present within the vicinity of the premises (e.g. children playing inside or outside of the house).

Customers who request an authority to leave waive their rights to any claim for lost or missing items that a courier confirms have been left at the customers nominated address. privatelabelwines.com.au will not accept any liability for such claims.

Orders are despatched Monday to Friday. We aim to despatch your order the day after you have placed your order

We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery.

privatelabelwines.com.au is not able to accept requests to delay despatch of any orders at this time.

Our courier drivers are not able to call on approach, please check your tracking link in your despatch email as to which delivery partner will delivery your order. *Note: From time to time your order may come from 2 different delivery partners.

Each order may only be sent to one delivery address. If you need to send products to more than one delivery address please place a separate order for each delivery address. Once an order has been completed you are not able to change the delivery address. If urgent, please contact our Customer Service Team and if the order has not been processed they may be able to update the delivery address for you. Please ensure the delivery details reflect your correct address to which you would like your order delivered.

Packing and Insurance

All items are packed to a very high standard.

All items are insured during transit to cover damage or non-delivery.

If you receive any damaged goods, please contact us within 24 hours from delivery to arrange a refund, exchange or replacement.

Why do we ask for I.D?

Privatelabelwines.com.au supports the responsible service of alcohol. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.

Due to licensing laws you must be over 18 years of age in order to place and receive a delivery. For further information regarding liquor licensing please refer to our Liability & Other Legal Stuff page.

We may ask you to provide additional details or require you to confirm your details to enable us to process any orders placed by you through the site.
